Custom Dyeing Policy

Only fabrics marked "dyeable" qualify. Provide a Neelam Telephone shade number, Pantone reference, digital shade card, photo or physical swatch as the target.

Because of fibre absorption, greige lot differences and lighting (e.g. D65 vs daylight), a shade tolerance of ±5% in depth is standard and acceptable.

We confirm your shade reference with you before dyeing. For large production runs, dyeing starts only after your written approval of the lab dip or master swatch, which confirms acceptance of shade and finish.

Custom dyeing typically takes 7–14 working days.

Once the dye lot is queued for production, the order cannot be cancelled, changed, exchanged, replaced or refunded.

Dyeing is a service provided on a best-efforts basis. Whatever result comes after customisation, including shade, depth, finish, fabric behaviour or suitability for your intended use, is the customer's responsibility. Failure to achieve an expected result does not make MAKE MY FABRIC® liable, and no exchange, return, replacement or refund is offered for custom-dyed fabric, except where applicable law makes a remedy mandatory.
