Shipping & Delivery Policy

Pan-India delivery to serviceable pin codes through domestic courier partners.

In-stock retail orders are usually cut, packed and dispatched within 1–3 working days after payment verification. Custom-dyed orders follow production schedules communicated before processing.

Standard delivery takes approximately 5–7 working days after dispatch, depending on destination and courier conditions.

Free standard delivery applies automatically to retail orders with a cart value above ₹2,999 (product subtotal after discounts, before GST and shipping). Orders of ₹2,999 or less pay weight- and zone-based charges shown at checkout. Free shipping does not apply to wholesale/B2B orders (freight is as agreed in writing), express upgrades or swatch orders.

Tracking details are sent by SMS, WhatsApp and email once the courier scans the parcel.

Please give a complete address and a reachable mobile number. Re-dispatch charges caused by wrong details or unavailability are payable by the customer.

Parcels returned to us due to wrong address, repeated non-delivery or refusal are reviewed. Re-dispatch requires payment of the return and re-forward freight.

Do not accept parcels that are open, cut or tampered with. For concealed damage, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a continuous, unedited 360-degree opening video (see Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy, clause 8).

Report wrong fabric, wrong colour or missing metreage within 48 hours of delivery, before washing, cutting or processing, with a continuous, unedited 360-degree opening video (see Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy, clause 8).
