Terms & Conditions

Descriptions, photographs, colours, widths, GSM, fibre composition and stock are provided in good faith. Shades and textures may vary slightly across dye batches, natural fibres, photography lighting and screen settings.

Fabric is sold by the metre or by the piece. Metre-based fabric is cut to the exact length ordered. Please verify base, shade, width and intended use before checkout. All sales are final: we do not offer exchange, return, replacement or refund, except where the law requires it for a wrong item, transit damage or a verified manufacturing defect, as set out in the Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Custom-dyed or customised orders are a service provided on a best-efforts basis, using your shade card (including Neelam Telephone shade cards), Pantone reference, swatch, photo or written instructions. We do not guarantee any particular result. The final result of customisation, including shade, depth, finish and suitability for your intended use, is the customer's responsibility, and a result that differs from your expectation does not make us liable. Once the dye lot is queued for production, the order cannot be cancelled or altered. See the Custom Dyeing Policy.

Prices, GST, shipping fees and discounts are itemised at checkout. Please review the final payable amount before paying.

Orders are subject to stock availability, payment verification and acceptance by MAKE MY FABRIC®. We may contact you to verify metreage, address or business credentials.

Cancellation, returns and refunds are governed by the Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights under Indian law.

Samples and swatches are governed by the Sample / Swatch Policy.

Wholesale purchases require business validation (GSTIN, PAN, trade credentials). Pricing, credit terms, MOQs and freight agreed in writing override retail checkout rules.

Shipping — including free-shipping eligibility (retail orders above ₹2,999), dispatch timelines and transit risk — is governed by the Shipping & Delivery Policy.

All site content, photographs, designs, copy and trademarks belong to MAKE MY FABRIC® / JHK FABRICS and may not be copied, scraped or used commercially without written consent.

Fraud, chargeback abuse, abusive behaviour, bots or technical interference may lead to order cancellation, account suspension and legal action.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted site availability and are not liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control (natural events, strikes, logistics disruptions, curfews, telecom failures).

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your non-waivable rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (including the right to approach the forum where you reside or work), the courts and consumer forums at Mumbai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction over disputes.
