Swatches let designers, brands and manufacturers check hand-feel, drape, finish and texture before ordering.
Swatch cost is adjustable only against a single qualifying wholesale order of ₹15,000 + GST or more, confirmed within 15 calendar days.
1. Swatch orders
Individual swatches or swatch books are available for eligible qualities listed on the website.
2. Qualifying order
The swatch cost is adjusted against one wholesale/bulk fabric order with a net fabric value of ₹15,000 + GST or more.
3. 15-day window
The qualifying order must be confirmed within 15 calendar days from the date of the swatch order. After that, no adjustment or credit is given.
4. No retail adjustment
Swatch charges are never credited against retail orders, regardless of order value.
5. Non-adjustable items
Courier/freight, express postage and GST are not adjusted. Only the net fabric value of the swatch is credited against the net fabric value of the bulk order.
6. Non-refundable
Swatch purchases are non-refundable, non-returnable and cannot be converted to cash or transferred.

Contact our B2B team with your swatch invoice number before paying for the qualifying order.
